G & S Heating is a well-established company that is looking for a motivated individual for in-home consumer sales position. The position gives you the opportunity to sell high tech "green" hvac products to consumers. No industry experience is necessary. Paid training, 1st year income potential $60k + Benefits. Evenings and Saturday availability is required, as needed.

Job Title: Residential Sales Professional

Department: Sales

Pay Rate: Base salary, commissions and spiffs. Total target minimum compensation $100,000+

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.

Primary Job Function: Sales professional's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory.

Reports to: General Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years consultative sales experience
  • Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Desire to earn $150K+
